Digital Sales & Marketing World: COVID-19 Updates

Due to the recent developments regarding the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Digital Sales & Marketing World has officially been changed to a virtual event. We are not selling any more tickets to the event but look forward to seeing you in late 2021. 

If you had registered for DSMW here's what you need to know:

  • If you registered for DSMW your tickets have already been updated to be valid for our virtual experience which has been sent to you via email. If you did not receive it please email us at hello@digitalsalesandmarketingworld.com 

  • The offer contained in the email received by registrants fully replaces the registrant’s in-person experience at Digital Sales & Marketing World and will constitute attendance to the event. While all Digital Sales & Marketing World ticket purchases were final, due to COVID-19, we will offer refunds upon request through 11:59pm eastern time on September 30, 2020. However, we will not offer refunds in addition to the items contained in the emailed offer. Acceptance of a refund voids the registrant’s access to the items offered.   • To claim your free IMPACT+ Pro offer you will need to enter a form of payment upon registration. You will not be charged upon registration. However, when your free month(s) have come to an end you will be automatically charged at a rate of $99 per user per month. You are welcome to cancel at any time before your free period ends and you will not be charged. 
  • If you are receiving a free physical copy of The Visual Sale we will reach out prior to the book's release on September 15 to obtain your preferred shipping address. If you are receiving a free virtual copy of The Visual Sale a redemption code will be sent to the email address you used to register.
